When reviewing or updating your user record please ensure, before closing the browser window or leaving any record pages, that you use the NEXT button and navigate to Health Screening final page. Then locate and click the SAVE button at bottom of the pageYou are not currently signed in. This may be because you have updated your record/password recently. Please click the blue box above to sign out and then sign in.
